1. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We currently sell and ship to addresses in the United States only.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Screens render colour differently, so the exact shade of gold you see may vary slightly from the physical piece. Our jewelry is 18K gold PVD-bonded to a 316L stainless-steel core; it is not solid gold and is not sold as such. Stones are brilliant-cut cubic zirconia unless stated otherwise.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and include no hidden fees. Shipping is added at checkout and any applicable sales tax is shown before you pay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but never after your order has been accepted.
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and, where offered, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud — and we will refund you in full if we do.

6. Discount codes
Discount codes are for personal, non-commercial use, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so. We may withdraw a code at any time.
7. Intellectual property
All text, photography, designs and graphics on this site belong to Verlyn & Co and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
8. Your account and conduct
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details safe. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Errors on the site
Occasionally information here may contain an error or be out of date. We reserve the right to correct it and to update or cancel affected orders, with a full refund where appropriate.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the state where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
