Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only — all 50 states, Washington DC, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are picked and packed by our fulfilment partner within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time and cost
- Standard shipping — $4.99: 6–10 business days after dispatch
- Insured shipping — $7.99: 6–10 business days, fully covered if lost or damaged in transit
- Free shipping: automatically applied to every order of $75 or more
Total delivery time is processing time plus transit time, so most orders arrive within 7–12 business days of being placed. All prices are in US dollars.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating — this is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
Duties and taxes
The price you pay at checkout is the price you pay. If you are ever asked for an import fee or customs charge on a Verlyn & Co order, email the receipt to hello@verlynco.com and we refund it in full. Any applicable US sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@verlynco.com immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address will be refunded minus the shipping cost, or reshipped once the correct address is confirmed.
Delays and lost parcels
Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
If a parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it free of charge when insured shipping was selected. For standard shipping we will still do our best to make it right — contact us and we will find a solution.
