- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive in 6–10.

- Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned.
- The checkout price is the final price — if you are ever charged an import fee, we refund it.
Returns
- 30 days from delivery, unworn, full refund of the item price.
- Email hello@verlynco.com first — we reply within one business day.
- For orders under $75 we usually refund without asking you to send anything back.
100-day guarantee
If a gold-plated steel piece tarnishes or fades within 100 days of delivery, send us a photo and we ship a replacement free. You keep the original. Sterling silver, pearl, brass, copper and alloy pieces are not covered — those materials age naturally, and each product page says so.
